I got to play around with my camera today. We went to the Dallas Arboretum to take Emily's 1 year pictures. I think they turned out really cute! Make sure you have your sound turned on to enjoy the music with the pictures!

So...this is real life.

So, this is my real life...for now anyway. Yes, it's true. Luke and Faith are outside eating popcorn and drinking Kool-Aid...in their jammies...at 5:30 p.m. Shocking, I know. What kind of mother feeds their children such a fabulous snack while simultaneously NOT getting her kids dressed ALL day? Me. Yep. I'm not going for the Mother of the Year Award here people. We (and when I say we, I mean me not them) were having one of those days where it seemed like nothing got done...except feeding the kids and changing diapers. Luke didn't want to put on shorts or pants today, so he got to run around in undies and a t-shirt. Faith wanted to wear one of my headbands (mostly wearing it like a pair of sunglasses) all day, so she got to. So, what? This is life. I am not perfect or put together or trying to be either of those things. I do; however, think my kids are adorable even when they don't get dressed all day and eat crummy food!

Snow Day

Okay, so apparently our seasons are totally confused. It snowed here twice this week. We got about 5 inches! Here are some pictures of Tyron and the kids playing in our North Texas Winter Wonderland. Talk about crazy!
